I’m alternately working on SOTM 17, Lowborn 07, and a story in my third pen name. Need to bounce around a bit, because I can’t seem to keep my focus. At least this way, I’m turning out some wordcount and keeping up momentum. I’m not looking back over what I’ve written and deciding that it wasn’t up to snuff, either. When I come back to one of the three after working on the other for a while, I’m happy with where I’m picking up.

I don’t know why it works for me, but it does. Frustrating for those waiting on SOTM — I know. The mistake of posting chapters of an unfinished story won’t happen again. My muse is just too unpredictable to leave people hanging like I have.  That’s why Lowborn won’t come out until the final word is penned and edited.

Don’t forget to vote on my contest stories if you haven’t yet.  The new LST3K is really struggling.  Votes and feedback are always a boost that gets me excited about writing.  Give my muse a shot in the arm to get her moving 😀
