What caused the change, your use of the wrong spelling form of a word for the situation being discribed. Its the use of &#8220;come&#8221; when properly is should have been &#8220;cum&#8221; when referring to semen or an orgasm; minor true but has great impact on quality of a story.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Uhm&#8230; No.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/dictionary.reference.com\/browse\/come?s=t\">http:\/\/dictionary.reference.com\/browse\/come?s=t<\/a><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0slang <\/em> to have an orgasm<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Come&#8221; is the word that was in use long before me.\u00a0 In fact, the same definition will point out that semen also shares this word, though I prefer &#8220;cum&#8221; for the noun.<\/p>\n<p>The modern version of &#8220;cum&#8221; is just too problematic with respect to climax.\u00a0 Sorry, but &#8220;cummed&#8221; is just too 13-year-old text messaging for my taste, and &#8220;cumming&#8221; isn&#8217;t much better.<\/p>\n<p>I get this message every so often, and it always makes me roll my eyes.\u00a0 If it was a suggestion of a <em>preferred spelling<\/em> in the commentator&#8217;s opinion, I wouldn&#8217;t have a problem.\u00a0 I can certainly respect that and see where they&#8217;re <em>coming<\/em> from.<\/p>\n<p>( Pardon the pun *laugh* )<\/p>\n<p>There&#8217;s something to be said for a different spelling that singles out the orgasmic version of come from its vanilla cousin.<\/p>\n<p>However, it&#8217;s always someone trying to tell me that I&#8217;m <em>wrong<\/em>, when all it takes is a look at a dictionary &#8212; any dictionary &#8212; to see otherwise.<\/p>\n<p>My preferred version of the word is every bit as legitimate &#8212; if not more so &#8212;\u00a0and has a far longer history than yours, so there! *laugh*<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Just got this in email feedback: learn the terms Comments: Your story to a point was doing and progressing fine, then it abruptly fell apart.
