{"id":1726,"date":"2011-07-02T01:52:42","date_gmt":"2011-07-02T05:52:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/darkniciad.com\/blog\/?p=1726"},"modified":"2011-07-02T01:52:42","modified_gmt":"2011-07-02T05:52:42","slug":"vacation-starting","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/darkniciad.com\/blog\/archives\/1726","title":{"rendered":"Vacation starting"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Starting vacation on Monday.\u00a0 About all I really have on the books is some cleaning ( and blowing some stuff up on the 4th ).<\/p>\n<p>That means that two of the things most often between me and writing are out for a week &#8212; lack of sleep and quiet time.<\/p>\n<p>It doesn&#8217;t always work out, because I&#8217;ve simply needed to vegetate for a week to recover from the hell that is work, but the possibility of cranking out some wordage is there.<\/p>\n<p>I\u00a0have started on the BWCA map for that summer of the Wood story.\u00a0 Also been brainstorming Ch. 18 of SOTM and the ending of Lowborn.\u00a0 Having a buildup of scenes in my head is another positive toward getting some writing done on my week off.<\/p>\n<p>Just have to see what it looks like on Tuesday, as I&#8217;ll be doing that sleep catch up and fireworks on Monday.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Starting vacation on Monday.\u00a0 About all I really have on the books is some cleaning ( and blowing some stuff up on the 4th ).
