Finally achieved the goals I wanted to in Dragon Quest IX.\u00a0 I was shooting for beating the game ( obviously ), completing all the side quests, and completing my defeated monster list.\u00a0 With all of that done, I feel like I can put the game aside for a while and start trying to get some words back on paper again.<\/p>\n
There’s still lots of stuff I can do in the game — completing my wardrobe, alchemy, item list, max out all vocations, etc., but I’m going to leave that for some other time when I need a writing break.\u00a0 The nice thing about this game is that it’s designed to always have several goals you can be working on, so you never really feel like you’re grinding.\u00a0 You may be shooting toward one goal, but end up getting some things done on another that you weren’t even aiming for yet.\u00a0 Great game, and I can’t wait for the DQ6 reprise on the DS.<\/p>\n
