Just tried deactivating that stat counter to alleviate the server problem with the website, and no luck.\u00a0 It’s obviously something related to my host, so I’m going to have to get off my ass and contact them, I guess.\u00a0 I’ve tried the automatic update to WordPress about five times now, and that server issue gets in the way every time.<\/p>\n
(If you see a “down for maintainence” page, that’s what’s happening.\u00a0 When the update progresses to a certain point before crashing, it activates that, and then deactivates it after a certain amount of time when the update fails )<\/p>\n
If it continues to be a pain in the ass, I’ll do it the hard way and manually update the damn thing later on today.<\/p>\n
