Heart of the Wood in the queue at SOL

I just put Heart of the Wood into the queue at SOL, so it should be up soon.  Hope you enjoy it, if you haven’t already read it at Lit.

Feel free to vote at SOL even if you already did at Lit 😉

I do have some stories that only post at one site or the other, so if you want to read everything I write, you about have to visit both sites.  Rules and readership push me that way with a few tales.

Lowborn 06 at 3500

Managed to get a little more writing done this morning/tonight.  Tonight was the last night of tracking the Earth Day contest, so I’ll have more time to write after work from this point out.

The plan is to alternate between SOTM and Lowborn as priorities, while using the stories in my third pen name as stress release when I feel like writing smut *laugh*

There’s a good chance that I may start the file for Ch. 01 of the sequel to Blackhawk Hall soon, though.  That one’s really itching to get out.  Once Lowborn is done, I’m probably going to put a spotlight on Saggitariad next.  He’s had very little screen time in my writing thusfar ( a cameo or two in Danica/SOTM )

Odds are that I’ll bounce back and forth between those for a while, putting more priority on SOTM, unless I hit a snag and need to let the story simmer while I mull it over.

The history tales of the Nobles is building toward another eventual epic ( far in the future, I should imagine ) where I’ll finally tell the tale of how everyone came together, gathered an army, and pushed Draxnog out of Egoria, becoming the nobles of the land.

Now, I’m going to chill out for a few minutes, and then pop open both SOTM 18 and Lowborn 06 to see which one is singing to me the most at the moment.

Heart of the Wood 2nd Place!

Thanks to everyone who read, voted, and commented on Heart of the Wood at Literotica.  It took 2nd Place in the Earth Day contest, making 3 years in a row that I’ve placed in this contest ( also, my only wins across all three pen names ) *laugh*

I’ll be putting it into the queue at SOL either tomorrow or Friday, so everyone who didn’t want to cross over can read it in a preferred setting.

Xantina’s magic apparently isn’t confined to the pages on which she lives 🙂

SOTM 16 off for editing

SOTM Ch. 16 is in Roust’s hands.  He’s on an unfamiliar machine for the time being, so it may not be an under 24 hour turnaround.  I’m not planning on putting the chapter into the queue until Monday, anyway.  Aiming for that Thursday night at midnight release, as I have with the previous two chapters.

I’ll probably start on the editing for 17 shortly after finalizing this one, though I’m likely to wait at least two weeks before posting it.  After that, we’re going to be at the mercy of my muse again, I’m afraid.  The next chapter is at least progressing, where that hasn’t been the case in the last couple of years.

Lowborn also moving.  I was actually writing on it before coming to post this, and I’ll likely get another paragraph or so down before I have to pack it in and head off to work.

Another light writing day

Not much done today, so far, and not much time left to write.  Necessary mundane tasks interfering, and a major thunderstorm forcing me to shut down the computer for safety’s sake, I’m afraid.

I did write a little on SOTM 18 this morning, and some on a story in my third pen name.  I’ll get at least a little of SOTM or Lowborn written tonight, but it won’t be much.
