More Danica and Laresa

I had a bit of a logjam in my brain, so I wrote a stroke story under my alternate pen name. You can find out about it by linking from the main page to my non-fantasy work.

“Marked for Vengeance” is out at SOL, and should be out at Lit in four days or so. I’m also close to finished with “The Beast Within”, a story continuing to fill the gaps between Ch. 15 and 16 of the Laresa chain.

Knocking down that logjam by writing the Les Lumens story got me moving on D&D again, so with a little luck, I might just put the second chapter in the can before the weekend is over. I’ll be sure to keep everyone posted. I wrote a few more paragraphs of SOTM too ( Sisters of the Mists, Book II of Danica, lock that abbreviation in your head for future reference ~_^ )

Still plenty of things brewing in my head, including a few Valentines day contest stories. Once valentines is over, there won’t be any more contests interfering with my regular work for a while. I just can’t resist entering contests, now that I’ve tested the waters. I pick up a lot of new readers, and lots of feedback from contests.

Once Danica stories start coming out, there will be quite a few coming out on a regular basis, so I hope that makes the wait worth it for everyone anticipating the continuation of Danica’s story =)

New Series — Lynn and Lee

I needed something simple to clear out the logjam in my brain, so I just put a stroke story in the queue at both SOL and Lit. This story is pure stroke, so if that isn’t your sort of thing, consider yourself warned =) It’s already out at SOL, and will probably go up at Lit in about six days.

Lynn and Lee: First Anal is a retelling of my first time with backdoor, written in third person so it didn’t come out sounding like Penthouse Letters. Odds are, this will be the first of a series of stories, building into the greater tale of the experiences and fantasies Bailey and I have shared over the years. Hope you like it!

More probably on the way, as I’m likely to write something as Les for Valentines, if I ever get off my butt and write anything for the contest =P

Old news off to the cache

The second chapter of D&D is moving along, I’ll post up when it starts getting close. I’ve written the first few paragraphs of Book II, as well. I’ll keep everyone up to date as new Danica stories get closer to posting.

I’m finalizing the new Laresa, which will now be Ch. 20 instead of 21. I’ll be submitting it on the 10th, provided all goes well. I’m also starting the next chapter to fill the gap between Ch. 15 and 16. I’m hoping to finish and submit it by the 17th, because we’ll have a one week Laresa gap otherwise. We had a schedule shake-up, and if I can finish this one in time, that will makes sure there is a weekly dose of Laresa for the readers =)

Still in simmer mode on everything else, including Valentines entries. Doubt I’ll make a first day submission on that one.

Out of all my nominations, it looks like I only cleared into finalist with Home in the GCAs. Thanks for all the nominations, everyone =) I don’t have a chance in hell with this story, but it’s nice to be nominated though. I’ll probably get an October nod for Laresa in the monthly Readers Choice Category nominations. Thanks for all those votes on Blinding White, even though ridiculous sweeps stole so many of them that it lost out on qualifying for the money prize in October.

Of the People Live

“Of the People” just went into the queue at Lit and SOL. I also finished the first draft of “Marked for Vengeance”, and it is off in the hands of first readers.

I’m still working on the Danica transition, and brainstorming on my Valentine contest entries. The other stories are still simmering too ^_^
