Danica Pt. 15 is live!  Go RCV!

I’m in the process of doing my first pass edit to Ebon now, bringing the setting to life and correcting a few little things I think need to be in there now that I’ve read it through once.  Blackhawk 06 is pretty much ready to go in my head, just have to wait for my challenge word 😉

Blackhawk 05 is finished and now available on the Short Stories page here.  It is submitted to Lit as well, and should be up there in a little less than a week, so if you read it here, go vote there when it goes live =)

The first draft of Ebon is done, at just over 120k.  I’ve sent it off to the reader who suggested the tale as well as Daniellekitten for some initial thoughts before I start the first pass edit.

I’m about halfway into Blackhawk 05, and I can tell for sure now that it will go at least one more chapter beyond this one.  I’ve already put my challenge word in there, and I’m going to be using it again later in the tale because it fits perfectly.

Danica 16 is edited and ready to go when 15 gets approved.  After that, it will be a matter of waiting for me to finish writing instead of just editing for new parts to come out.  I’ve been so wrapped up in some of the side tales that I’ve fallen behind on finishing Book I.  As soon as I finish Blackhawk 05, I’m going to knuckle down and get Danica 17 finished.  It is all pretty much written in my head, so I just need to get it down on paper.  This will be good preparation for Book II though, because it will be a “read as I finish writing” prospect all the way through.

Still have those two Erotic Horror tales and another Arts Ardane slowly steeping in my head as well, and that sequel to both Blackhawk and Thakkor that will draw all the characters from both tales together in one place.  That one will also bring in a character that first appears in the core tale at the tail end of Danica 16.

That’s all for now, off to write on Bhawk05 some more and anxiously await the impressions of the two readers perusing Ebon.

Just submitted an updated version of Danica 01 to clean up some of my bad habits I’ve discovered since starting at Lit.  It should be up in a few days, and I should imagine will pick up my readership.  Ebon is 91.4k, halfway through a long sex scene that is a soft counterpoint to the rest of the tale.  It will also marks the point where I’m moving toward the ending.  I’ve been so wrapped up in this one that I haven’t written another word on anything else save the re-edit of 01.

Danica 14 is out, and Danica 15 is submitted.  Go check out Arts:KW if you haven’t read it yet.  Let me know what you think of Darmok, because I really thought he would go over well and haven’t heard a word about it :/

Ebon Genesis is up to 70K, and the last couple of scenes hit major plot points that frame the direction of the story.  I should have the first draft done in a few days, ready for my first pass edit.  Blackhawk 05 is shaping up nicely in my head, a few scenes quite vivid and screaming for release onto paper.  I have the next scene of Danica 17 in my head, just haven’t written it down yet.  I may even have a sequel to Thakkor kicking around.

Enough for now, Danica 14 just surprised me by being live when I got up this morning.
