One more in the queue.  Roust is working on the next section, and I’m halfway done re-editing another.  Once I finish that tonight, I’m going to jump into Ch. 6 of SOTM.

Part 18 will be the biggest turning point.  I’d learned proper quotation punctuation by then, and a lot more.  So edits of 18-20 and Epilogue will fly.  That’s 9 out of the 64 re-edits.  Before that, many things improve starting with Six, and again with Ten.  The edits will get steadily quicker as I go along.

What was that about the best laid plans of mice and men?  I’ve had computer problems, internet problems, and everything else under the sun all week.  I did get plenty of sleep, and quite a bit of horizontal research while the youngun was off to school.  I’m still off work on Monday, so perhaps I’ll get another jump forward going.

I did finalize Chapter 5 of SOTM, though.  Only one more to reach my goal for that section.  Odds are I’ll finish more than that before my editing goals hit their mark, but that just means a longer guranteed run of uninterrupted postings.

Finally got some sleep, and I’m on vacation.  It’s likely that new entries on this page will update more than once per day during this week, so don’t be surprised to see that =)

Roust is finalizing one, and I have another partially re-edited.  I’m actually closer to finishing Chapter 5 than the 4¾ listing – just not quite there.

If I weren’t so frikkin’ exhausted, I’d finish some stuff tonight.  I just don’t want to work on it when my brain is only about halfway there.
