Moving on all fronts

I’m started on Ch. 19 of SOTM.  Sanctuary of the Wood is coming along nicely.  I’ve had some solid musing on Lowborn and Jackin’ Jill that I think will get those multi-chapter stories cranking when I put them on the plate.  The “About” page is coming along nicely, and I’m developing even more of the templates and coding I’ll need for the major content sections of the site.

I’m quite tickled with myself, frankly *laugh*  Still getting things done this evening even though I’m back to work now.  The recharge of my batteries over the last 10 days while still keeping up with some writing and website work seems to be paying off.

Even getting some things done like first-reads for other authors ( two so far and a third I’m getting ready to do ) and some coding for someone on the side as well.

I just finished a header image I’m really happy with that goes on the “Ancient Writing” subsection of the “About” page that will house a lot of unpublished ( don’t get too excited… it’s ancient stuff, and mostly terrible *laugh* ) writing from years long gone.  I’m really beginning to learn some new tricks in Photoshop thanks to some pointers from someone, and it’s dramatically improving what I can do with those header images.

I also have some new artwork on the way for the front page.  It’s a large composite image, so it will probably be a while before it shows up.  It will have more detailed Danica and Laresa pics.

I’ll probably start the editing process for SOTM 18 either tomorrow or Wednesday.  That should be long enough since I finished it to do a cold read.  I’ll then aim to get it to Roust by Saturday at the latest, and submit it by Sunday, for an expected release on Thursday or Friday of the following week.

That all depends on things going as planned, so it’s not set in stone yet.

Okay, I’m going to go do that read, then get back to writing on either SOTM 19 or Sanctuary.
