Ebon is finally up.  Roust should have the section he’s working on finished today.  When he wraps it up, I’ll get Danica Pt. 02 in the queue, and update this.  I’ll probably finish an edit, and get up to another ¼ of SOTM before the day is over, too.

I’ll be on vacation the second week of April, so there should be a solid jump that week.  More later today, I’m sure, so don’t expect this to be the final update of the day.

Mid-afternoon:  Roust finished his section, and I’ve put Pt. 02 into the queue.  Probably more to come today.

An hour or so later: Up to 4¼ on SOTM.  I’m taking a little break for the day, at the moment.  I may finish another re-edit, before the day is over, though.  If not, I’ll see everyone in the April updates =)

I think Ebon might post tonight, and if it does, I’ll update this to reflect that.  I’m moving on my next re-edit, and Roust is finalizing one as well.  I have a lot of Ch. 5 already written, I just haven’t officially transferred it, from where I chopped it out of the old version of Ch. 4 yet.

When Roust finishes what he’s working on, I’ll put the edit for Pt. 02 in the queue at Lit.  What I’m re-editing now is the first third of Pt. 05.

Eventually, this progress report will gain a new entry: Chapters of SOTM edited.  I’m still not sure when I’ll start passing those through Roust.  Ideally, I’d like to have all of Book I get through him first.  That way, he’ll know the whole story, and be able to catch things he might otherwise miss, with respect to the storyline.  If I hit my six chapter goal long before I reach the 50% edits posted goal, though, I might jump into getting those edited.  I’ll probably give Roust a section of Book I, and then a chapter of Book II, until the first six are ready for prime time.  Once the six chapters are prepared for posting, I’ll put the first one in the queue.

As I’ve mentioned, the goal is to keep the story flowing on a solid schedule.  I don’t want to have long delays, as happened with the end of Book I.  I can’t promise anything, but at least going this route will give me a running start.

I’m almost up to the 4¼ chapters of SOTM, actually.  The section of part four of Danica I’m working on is requiring a lot of work *laugh*  I can see why it struggled in votes/score, now.  Most of the edits were adding commas, and other punctuation issues.  This one is requiring a lot of rewording =P

Things keep moving right along.  Odds are, I’ll post another snippet of SOTM, sometime early next month.  Keep yer eyes peeled!

I’ll just update with the one progress line, for now, as the others are still just under the bar to crank them up a notch.

Sections of Book I passed through editor: 11/64 (17%)

I’m in the process of re-thinking Chapter 4.  My brain is still keyed in to the longer chapters from Book I, somewhat.  That left four feeling a little too “day in the life”, with not quite enough action (sexual or otherwise).  I’m shunting some stuff off into Ch. 5, and putting more detail into something I just gave some mentions in Ch. 4.  Once I get everything rearranged, and moved around, I should be jumping directly into a 5+ on chapters complete listing, for Book II.

I can tell you one thing, for certain.  There won’t be anywhere near as much sex in Book II.  Without Zoraster’s meddling, Danica has a lot more of a handle on herself.

She’s still a horny lass, however, and it is for erotica sites, so the sex will be there ~_^  It’s just not going to be as non-stop, as in Book I, and there will only be some hot and heavy suggestion, in some chapters.

Quite a few of my readers will probably be happy to hear that.  For everyone else, I’ll make sure the sex scenes are well worth the wait, when they happen.  The build up of tension, from the frequent suggestive themes, should make the romps between the sheets all the more explosive, too =)
